WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY: COOKING & NUTRITION CLASSES AT SINTO Four Free sessions with sampling Wed, January 11 | Wed, February 8 | Wed, March 8 | and Wed, April 12 Followed by lunch for only $3.00 WSU nutrition expert Lori Van Anrooy is presenting four healthy cooking & disease prevention sessions that include sampling each dish. This is a great time to ask questions about food topics related to health issues. Each session is 10:30-11:30 followed by Sinto’s soup & sandwich lunch ($3.00). Wednesdays are also our game day, so lunch is followed by Mexican Train Dominoes if you choose to stay and play. Game attendance is just $2.00. Call to sign up for the class at: 327-2861
2017 SINTO SPRING CRAFT FAIR MAY 5 & 6 Friday 9 am - 6 pm | Saturday 9 am - 3 pm We welcome vendors to join us, as a vendor, at our 8th Annual Spring Craft Fair. You application is waiting just for you! You can either stop in at Sinto (1124 W Sinto Ave, Spokane WA 99201) or call and we can mail one out to you. In order to keep your same spot as at previous events, or to reserve a desired location, please return your application as soon as possible. We will process applications in the order we receive them for indoor reservations. The total cost for in...side vendors is $30 for both days (Sinto Members $25). Notice this year we again have outdoor booth space. For outside space we are allowing vendors to pay the day of the event in order to check the weather first. However, it's first to pay will receive the first desired spots. We hope to have some new vendors this spring, so inside vendors need to get your applications in. Please note that ALL vendors must park outside of the Sinto Parking lot after unloading during the show hours. There is ample street parking west of the Center. Vendors and products will be listed in our April Newsletter, The Scene, if you purchase your space by March 15th. SINTO'S 2nd ANNUAL PRIME RIB DINNER AND AUCTION FUNDRAISER Friday, July 21st at 5:00 pm Tickets are $30 each Sinto is hosting our 2nd annual dinner and auction fundraising event for our property development projects. The doors open at 5:00 pm to review the spectacular array of auction items. Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm. Live entertainment provided by Jeff and Sarah McMorris. Auctioneer will be Ray Pendell. MC is Josh Maurer. We are selling 150 tickets to the elegant event so please don't wait to purchase tickets. Table captains will be selling many of their seats outside the membership. Group table of 8 may be reserved in advance. There will be a large auction including both a silent auction and a live auction. Plenty of fun. MENU: Prime rib (catered from Sonnenbergs), baked potatoes, asparagus, rolls & dessert. Elegant table service. You may bring your own wine and glasses if you would like to have it with your dinner.
Sinto is a great place for events and special occasions. We have a very nice ballroom with hardwood flooring, stage and sound system. Our commercial kitchen can handle special events that require a certified kitchen. We have a quaint dining room and coffee bar. There is also a classroom and library.
